March 13, 2010	Auxiliary Fellowship and St. Patrick's Day at the Midget Squadron Yacht Club at 8:00 PM. The price is $35 per person and includes hot buffet, open bar, dessert, music and dancing. Make check payable to Midget Squadron Yacht Club and mail to Stanley Kaye, 1672 East 45 Street, Brooklyn NY 11234. If you plan on attending, please contact Stanley Kaye at 718-387-4991 no later than Friday, March 5.
March 19 - 21, 2010	District Conference at the Mystic Marriott, Groton Connecticut. Uniform is tropical blue for the workshops and Dinner Dress, Service Dress Blue Bravo or proper civilian attire for the Saturday Night Banquet Dinner. The reservations number is 860.446.2600. When calling in for reservations ask for the Coast Guard Auxiliary rate, which is $101 per night plus tax. Complete details will be in the 2010 January issue of Over the Bow. It is recommended that if you are even thinking of going, make your reservations as soon as possible. Please check with the Mystic Marriott as to their cancellation policy. If you would like to go up on Friday night (March 19) the rate will also be $101 plus tax. District workshops start at 0900 on Saturday.
March 27, 2010	Division 14 Workshop Day at the Visitors Center in Fort Wadsworth, Staten Island commencing at 0830 hours. Uniforms are optional. However, if you do choose to wear a uniform the appropriate choices would be the ODUs or Tropical Blue. Be sure to wear your uniform properly. If you do not have a complete uniform please wear civilian attire.
April 17, 2010	Auxiliary Fellowship and Fundraiser for Prevention of Blindness at the Midget Squadron Yacht Club. The cost for the party is $15.00 per person and will include a Chinese lunch, coffee, cake and soda. The Chinese Auction will begin at 1:00 PM. It would be very much appreciated if each person would donate a raffle gift of $10.00 for the auction. Please make your check payable to Midget Squadron Yacht Club (write in memo line for Foundation for the Blind) and mail to Stanley Kaye, 1672 East 45 Street, Brooklyn NY 11234 no later than April 9.
April 18, 2010	Table Top Drill sponsored by Flotilla 11-12. The date is tentatively set for Sunday, April 18 at 0900 hours at the Midget Squadron Yacht Club. Flotilla Commander will ascertain if the Midget Squadron Yacht Club is available for Auxiliary use and further communication regarding the drill will be forthcoming.
May 8, 2010	Flotilla 11-11 will be sponsoring a one-day ABS Class on Saturday, May 8 at the Midget Squadron Yacht Club at 0900 hours. Instructors who wish to teach or assist, please contact Noreen O’Connell at 212-826-7166 or noreeno@uscgaux11-11.org for assignment and uniform of the day.
May 22, 2010	Auxiliary Fellowship and Brunch with the 69 Precinct Community Council at the Midget Squadron Yacht Club from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The price is $20 per person.
